Shipping Policy

If I place an order today how soon will I receive it?

Generally, domestic orders (with product in local stock and with no-custom configuration or radio programming/satellite gear activation requirements) placed after 2PM GMT-7 (Mountain Standard Time) from Monday-Thursday will ship the following business day. 

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on national holidays will generally ship the following business day.  We will make a good faith effort to ship any custom order as rapidly as possible, but if we can't reach you to inquire about your programming configuration or satellite gear activation information, customer acknowledges that their shipment may be delayed until we receive the required data from the customer.

If the customer has provided a valid email address with their order(s), we will provide tracking data when possible, but customer acknowledges that tracking data provided directly from manufacturer’s shipments can actually arrive after the product arrives at customer location, as many manufacturer’s ship the item first and then document the shipping with tracking data much later in their accounting process.
